50% payments may be made on stays booked 60 days in advance
Additional Fee Information
$50 cleaning fee, month long stays require $100 cleaning fee.
$200 fully refundable damage deposit.
A 10% Oregon Lodging Tax applies to all stays under 30 days.
Pets are welcome with fee of $10 night
We request a 2 night minimum stay

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
- Cancellations made prior to 30 days of occupancy will receive a full refund minus cancellation fee
- Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice may receive a refund minus cancellation fee, dependent on re-rental of dates
- Month long stays require 2 months notice for full refund minus cancellation fee
