We accept checks, Visa, and Mastercard
50% payments may be made on stays booked 60 days in advance

Additional Vacation Rental Fee Information

$50 cleaning fee, month long stays require $100 cleaning fee.
$200 fully refundable damage deposit.
A 10% Oregon Lodging Tax applies to all stays under 30 days.
Pets are welcome with fee of $10 night
We request a 2 night minimum stay
All rates are subject to change

Cancellation Policy
  • All vacation rental cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made prior to 30 days of occupancy will receive a full refund minus cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice may receive a refund minus cancellation fee, dependent on re-rental of dates at vacation rental.
  • Vacation rental month long stays require 2 months notice for full refund minus cancellation fee
